About Kugan Sakthikugan
Kugan spent several years building teams inside high-growth companies from Seed to Series-B. 9fin ($50M Series-B Fintech), Finbourne Technology ($70M Series-B Fintech) and WONDR Medical (£12M Seed Healthtech).
Prior to this, he was the Co-Founder & Commercial Director of a £20M private equity backed dental group, Riverdale Healthcare which is now one of the largest dental groups in the UK.
His founder experience brings an owner's mindset to hiring - prioritising speed, evidence-led decisions, and impact.
